Today marks the end of the TdF 2014. The trip finishes with a ride around Paris.
We hear from Tui and Bruce again as they leave the Rhine Valley and head back into France for their destination of Belfort and ride what is one of the flattest days on tour so far. Then it’s another 100+ km ride before transferring to Paris for the finale.
On a rest day in Freiburg (Germany) Tui and Bruce take time out for fun in the sun. Freiburg is a shining example of the German concern for sustainability, with eco-housing, car-free streets and a socially-conscious populace. This university town has a lively nightlife, especially around popular student hang-outs such as Freiburg Square (Platz).
