The guides and crew were exceptional on our tour. I can’t say enough about how pleasant they all were.

I enjoyed the Croatia bike and sail tour very much - making new friends, learning to e-bike and the beautiful warm clear azure blue sea are great memories of the trip for me.

This is a thank you and a huge recommendation to anyone interested in seeing Croatia the way we did with Global Adventure Guide. Everything about our trip in September was perfect, the boat, the guides, the food, the riding and Croatia itself was awesome. Our global adventure was brilliant!!

It was our first tour and was way above expectations---thank you
We'll cycle off each morning after a hearty breakfast, and meet the boat later in the day at a different harbour. In the evenings, stroll through historic harbour towns. At the end of each day, settle in your cabin to sleep, or stay on deck under a thousand stars.
The tour offers a moderate cycling challenge as the islands are hilly. From each harbour you climb to approximately 200-500m above sea level and then continue on rolling terrain along the island. Daily distances range from 20–45 km, with no time constraints. Total cycling approximately 190cm.
Grade 3 - Moderate Tours
Moderate to Challenging tours are designed for the more experienced participant wishing to push themselves and experience new highs of achievement. Routes may include longer climbs and more technical skills.
Fitness required
A good level of fitness is required, exercising three-four times a week prior to the tour.

The islands of Duji Otok & Olib
Cycling: 32 km
During breakfast on board, the boat will cruise past many small islands to the ‘spice island’ of Dugi Otok. Today’s ride will be along a road almost free of traffic and will start in the bay of Božava which is surrounded by pine, agave and tamarisk trees. Firstly we ride to the northernmost point of the island where the light house of Veli Rat (built in 1849) stands proudly. We continue along the island’s ‘Road in the Sky’ to the peaceful harbour of Savar or Bribinj. There will be plenty of time for a swim in the afternoon before continuing to the small island of Olib for the night.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
DAY5
The islands of Pag and Rab
Cycling: 34 km
After a morning cruise, we reach the island of Pag, with it’s harsh but delightful landscape boasting many fig and olive trees. Over the centuries the inhabitants have built numerous stonewalls for protection against the wind. Starting from Mandre, we cycle along the narrow peninsula until we reach the sea, where the boat will be waiting to take us to the island of Rab, one of the sunniest places in Europe. The town of Rab, the fortified capital of the island, was built in the middle ages on a wedge-shaped headland, and marks one of the highlights of the trip. The four famous bell towers are the symbol of the adorned beauty of the town. After dinner we can explore the narrow alleys with numerous cosy bars and cafés.
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
DAY6
The island of Rab
Cycling: 25 km
We cycle along the coast to the east side of the island, an area with craggy rocks and virtually no vegetation, which reminds us of a lunar landscape. The road leads us to a bay with a sandy beach, which is rather typical of the Kvarner islands. At lunch time the boat will be waiting for us in the harbour directly in front of the old town of Rab. This afternoon after a swim we sail over to the neighbouring island of Krk, where you will spend the evening in its historical town.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
DAY7
The island of Krk
Cycling: 45 km
Our ride takes us over the ridge of the island, covered by fragrant macchia, to a valley of vineyards, and then onwards to the small museum town of Vrbnik in the northeast. The town, built on a 50m high cliff and surrounded by vineyards, is the home of the famous white wine, Žlahtina. Another peculiarity that Vrbnik has to offer, is it has the narrowest alley in the world. The trail takes us across the island through old villages and rich vegetation to Omišalj, where Rijeka will be within view. On the way, we can take time out for a refreshing swim in the bay of Soline. We spend our last night on the boat in the harbour of Omišalj.
