Global Cycling Adventures is run by husband-and-wife team Ralph and Simone Freeman, both keen cyclists. Ralph travels the world researching and discovering new and exciting adventure holiday tours, which cyclists and hikers really want.

Small groups mean flexibility to tailor rides to your fitness level. Biking gets you up close and personal with your surroundings — small groups keep tours personal. Some even include meals at village houses.
- Local guides, local food, local culture
You’ll get an authentic experience of your destination. Even the accommodation is often family-run. We take you to hidden gems off the tourist trail.
- Adventure AND comfort — in the same tour
Challenge yourself by day, then relax in your great hotel, guest house, lodge, chalet or boat. Even camping has creature comforts – like special extra-thick mattresses.
- We balance exercise and relaxation
Most tours have 4-5 hours of cycling per day, depending on the grading — still plenty of time for sightseeing and resting.

Very few people tour with us just once — one has even been 18 times (so far!). Many describe tours as life-changing – particularly the hard biking tours.
